"You didn't actually respond to my question..."
OK. I believe it is pointless distraction at the moment that does nothing to the actual or perceived value of the stock/market cap. If we actually get to $2.50 I would rather is it like MSBs 1000% gains over a year."... we would be looking at a $2.50ish stock"
Zero $ difference to market cap and value of holdings.
"... the comany would have reduced administrative overhead potentially increasing operational efficiency and most importantly enhancing its credibility in the market."
What administrative costs? Not to mention the administrative cost of the consolidation in the first place and the distraction from what should be a commercialization focused period. When ATHX went under $1 and and consolidated 25 to 1 I believe it was to stay above the nasdaqs $1 listings threshold. I'll let you try and work out how that worked out for them, if you can find them.
"... Also having a tighter register of 59M instead of 590M would be much preferable,"
That is not an argument, much preferable to what standard?
"reduce SP volatility"
The price has been fairly consistent. If we were consistently bouncing between 22c and 32c,even over a period of a week, sure. But the trading average after the fda approval spike has been 23 to 26 cents. This is very clearly a "wait in place" vibe while we wait for further information on insurer codes and renumeration, aswell as product and site expansions over the xmas/new year period.
"... and increase investor confidence which may further attract more instos to the register."
If management was concerned with how the share price looked and not preparing for their Q1 FDA HF meeting, and their expected Q2 EchoSolv CHF clearance - as a long term investor, consider me sold out at the next milestone announcement spike because my confidence for management to properly flesh out commercialization will be at an all time low.
That's my opinion on a 10:1 consolidation.
