Wasn't current Mgt touted as the "get things done/finance guru's" - if years of waiting and just flogging off for a slice of the pie was the plan this could have been done without diluting the crap out of the company & with less mgt $ cost / wasted - at some point they need to do some real/valued work to justify pay packet (IMO paying top $ for mediocre skills & outcome is never a good sign - also they sold too cheap)
