    In some years Tirupati Graphite will be a major player in the Graphite / Graphene sector. Its shareprice will be much higher than today. With the transaction BAT is the second largest shareholder of them.....
    So BAT shareholders will do well. In my eyes a Win-Win deal both for TGR and BAT!
