where will the AUD go if RBA cuts rates ? i think down to 70c .
the IO price is sold in USD ..and does not react to the price movements of the Aud
IO reacts to international market pricing settings ,,supply + demand factors .
what price we exchange our USD for into AUD .. is influenced by the RBA Interest rate movements...up or down.
the AUD may follow the IO price up or down .. but the AUD cannot lead IO anywhere.. just follow it to cushion the impact on our Balance of trade as prices fall.
