David, simply out, BCI can't survive without FMG. BCI sell their IO at the farm gate, and without FMG they have no one to sell to and no rail to port hedland. If FMG fails, BHP will pick up the rail to complete a loop with their single track, and everyone else will get excluded. That is/was always BCI's great weakness.
