From last Quarterly Report (note the last sentence of the 2nd paragraph):

"Of particular significance was the issue of the draft Environmental Authority from the EPA on 20 June and the signing of the Native Title Compensation Agreement relating to the two Mining Lease Applications on 27 June. These are both important milestones in the mine’s development and now permit the further processing of the Mining Lease Applications.

The Mining Lease Applications and the draft Environmental Authority have now been advertised in the local North Queensland press and are subject to public scrutiny for a period of time concluding on 25 July –“the last day for objections”. Subject to no objections being received it is now estimated that the Mining Leases will be granted in early to mid October 2007."
