I think you just have to be patient. Clearly the Fintronics boys want CUS off the register and CUS would quite like their money back, so hopefully they are all on the same page for a change!!!
If I were the buyer, I might be tempted to let it lapse and then renegociate the price. However, having CUS on the register might be more pain than its worth, so games may not be on the adgenda. Alternatively, they may be trying to broker out the position but other buyers wont come to the party at 22.5c when the current price is 17.5c.
I am only guessing but I imagine it would be one of those scenarios....

Hopefully we will hear from the ABA in a couple of weeks re ATM reform update. I hear that the access code is now ready, which means that the ATM machines can now be upgraded to accomodate direct charging....
