Dow up 200, oil up $2 so STO should go beyond the $13.23 that it was when it made the offer. How much over 90 it goes will give us an idea of whether the market now expects another bidder. I mean really .. DK said the offer was at an "attractive" metric!! That says "is cheap" and "low ball" to me!

I also calculated from what's in the SOA Deed that if STO issues a dividend of say 15 cents during the offer period that would raise the ratio from 0.06803 to 0.06890 .. so nearlt 1 cent.
