great to see today that the placement has been done and apparently closed over subscribed, seems pretty amazing in this market. Maybe that explains why the share price has held up so well during the raising. Another 200k worth of stock changed hands today and share price still managed to close at 3.6 even with the SPP stock issued.
Land in Colarado came from Newmont Mining(large Canadian goldminer I thought) guess they have an oil division or something but if I am correct they are quite a large multi national, so looks like we are playing with the big boys.
With about 5 mill or so change after all these exciting acquisitions and existing cash flow in place which with a bit of hope increases in a serious way once Eagle ford is drilled this company looks to be going one way.... UP
if overall market continues to slide I am glad they have got this raise over and done, enough cash in place to prove up US and enough cash flow in place to keep going.
Everyone forgets about this massive Cooper basin acerage they have that is flooded, once we get close to drilling this look out Woodside !!!!!!
