If ARI is sold to an overseas buyer, that overseas buyer will pocket 1.8 Billion in tax losses over 4 years.
Thats the same as our Government gifting 1.8 billion overseas verses to the 80% Australian Shareholders.
Unless of course out Government is holding all the shorts on ARI in its Sovereign Wealth Fund so thus has something to gain from ARI not being re-listed.
Follow the Money, Why wouldnt the Government do what Governments around the world do and Protect their own Industry and their own companies.
