the problem there is the stupid values of real estate ---------- to subsidise that - all we would do is to entice price rises --
it's the cost of real estate that has hobbled the country in reality - instead of building a nation - we have just used speculation and pumped more and more money into real estate
we have to find a way to hobble that - it's actually strangulating Oz - so much to the point where our economy was and is depending on it
