Forcing people to live where there are no jobs only leads to increased crime. ICE in Chinchilla, drugs and thefts in Fernvale. Fernvale now “qualifies” for a police station, Mitre 10 now has to keep external doors locked during the day. Not that the cophouse will have much effect, being a 9-5 operation, and the crooks only come out at night .....
Encourage industry in regional areas, so people want to live there.
