I have been a bit of a bear on CNP.My spin is I don't like touching companies that can go into administration. It is positive that they have been given an extra 2 months.I think many people are saying why would you buy CNP if they still have not sold assets.I can see better value in the market due to the sub prime turmoil.I just picked up on the rubicon situation in the last few days.If you look at RJT,REU and RAT are trading at ridiculous prices and they have reasonable gearing. The banks have not even called in any loans on these listed properety trusts. They also made announcemnets today. So in my view why would you buy CNP if you have these companies around.
