What on earth has wearing the burqua got to do with three louts punching up a driver. The sentence they received is just an indication of the 'feel good' legal system that exists in this country and, unfortunatly, in most Western societies. The perpetratos of the crime often receive more sympathy from the justice system than the victims.
And we want to give the legal beagles more power by introducing a Bill of Rights!
This does not in way alter the fact that the (forced) wearing of the burqua is an offront to our society and women in general.
