sypaladin. Since when is a store a sensitive place? Banks i agree with as that can be deemed a sensitive place, but i do not agree with the "First Strike" rule invented by Bush.
ie. This has never happened or ever been an issue in Australia, or the world for that matter to be incorporated as law. So there is no reason to incorporated it until it occurs frequently.
