I guess one way I look at this is, why would big Stu bother to do all of this if it was going fall apart so easily? Is he stupid? His history certainly says he's not. I just can't see what he stands to gain by running a dodgy outfit. Obviously he(or people he's employed) have made some mistakes with governance but that doesn't in my mind = dodgy.

I guess because I'm nothing like over committed here I'm not really too concerned about it, I still like the story and like you say, I'm excited by the story so far and hope to be here buying up more and more of big Stu's spin-offs as time goes by. He might have to delay his next couple of IPO's after this debacle, although that will be somewhat dependent upon the outcome.
