**Edit** Now, you would think at this point that I would have checked John Bridgeman’s holdings at that date. I didn’t, and I’m an idiot. John Bridgeman, (via Bartholomew Roberts), was a major shareholder in RSM, which owned IDS, meaning it was perfectly normal for Stuart to be a director of both. So I apologise for the confusion there. JB Financial acquired RSM from Bartholomew Roberts. I think the disclosure was still poor but not as poor as I previously thought.
