Based on earnings potential and cash/ debt position over next couple of years 30c would probably be in play.
However Ken is a very smart guy. Without the partnering process SP would get absolutely crushed given short term fundamentals for Co and industry, and I've said that for months.
Without inside knowledge of deal status I doubt shorts would be piling in and playing chicken with a re rate. POSCO not a catalyst IMO. Guessing partner ann is still some way off. See KDR SP pre deal, then when deal was imminent.
