Westfield could and would buy Centro Roselands and Bankstown any day of the week. But not with a Management Contract. Also it would require Regulatory Approval.

And non-united Industry Super Fund have the capacity and do currently hold Commercial and Retail Property directly. They also would be looking at individual assets from Centro. On the plus side, they would buy with Management Rights as they obviously would have no reason or the skill to manage and run them.
