I wouldn't be worried in the slightest.
The company would have wanted the share price exactly where it is ahead of these negotiations. Whether it was engineered or opportunistic the timing is deliberate.
PC is one tough negotiator. MLX are more likekly than not to come out of tbis favourably in my view.
Their argument will be CWE have already benefited by 50% or so since MLX's involvement. That money should be going into mine production/increasing resource inventory. I reckonat least 50% royalty reduction is on the cards. At least.
