A2M broke away from 0.785c (all time high) today.

TA wise, A2M has multiple gaps in the past still unfilled , this could be a concern for some gap theory traders
FA wise, the other posters are right. A2M is a spot on now

why A2M is better than BAL?

TA wise - BAL has risen 500% in the past 12 months . A2M is listed in Aug , for 3 months it has risen about 50% and got a EOI take over approach already.

FA wise - BAL product range is quite limited to baby formula, their baby food range is not as popular to the chinese though, while A2 sells baby formula as well as powder milk, fresh milk etc. Baby formula is the major product that makes both company special , however the powder milk is actually one of the most popular item to the Chinese as well. Go to Woolworth and look for Devondale powder milk , the shelf is always empty , A2 has recently started selling A2 powder milk , this is going to boost a2m sales. A2M products are also on sales in the U.S and Europe markets , not sure about BAL on this front.

Verdict : A2M has better risk/reward ratio . A2M profit is more substantial and diversify in demography. BAL share can rise quite sharply in a short timeframe which most traders like about, A2M share price movement is slow and vol is generally low , its quite a boring stock in the past.

Long term wise A2M as long as it trades above $1 , the spread will be better and should get more volume hence more sp movement = less boring to watch....

Both BAL and A2M are good . but A2M should give you more peace in mind because its sp is still low compare to BAL
