I believe we do not require fda yet we need to sort out things we have got approvals for first after we do that we have a solid base to work from to re submit for fda etc proving our product works with a client base and revenue rolling in

in saying that we need to move forward not backwards and be positive about what is next to come not what we failed with as its not over
