Redlobster, I concur with all of your remarks and when I bought the stock, these were the questions I had on the mind. I was always of the view that either capital or debt raise would be needed to see the successful completion of Perseverence. Remember that this is a joint venture, but on the flip side, the joint venture hasn't yet been finalised, and FML may still need to shoulder more costs in terms of production. The fact that we are so close to passing the production phase is enough to spark cautions optimism.

The more sensible thing I believe would need to happen is a mix of capital and debt raise. An element of risk needs to be realised, but spreading that risk is the more sensible thing to do. All companies need to incur debt in order to pursue prosperity, but management needs to be sure that this debt is more than serviceable. Placement of capital to a more sophisticated investor would keep spectators of FML more at ease, maybe even more confident (I don't like to use the term "bullish"). Debt may be unavoidable, but of course this is my opinion.

Future price? Can't say. The only comment I can make is "northwards". Time is of the essence! It's folly to start putting exact targets on speckies....it can create unrealistic hope.
