Ivanovich, I presume the management would be aware of this potential overhang and would be making equiries of buyers to place the line if it is for sale.
Here is the thing though. If I were the management and I knew the results were bad and/or the line was for sale, I would wait until the line became available before buying 6 million shares as part of the line. Presumeably, by 1 sept the results have to be out so there wouldn't be an embargo on them buying at that time. Therefore, I am drawn to one of two irrefutable conclusions. Either the results are ok and the line is not for sale OR the results are good and the line is for sale but only at a higher price than their buy in levels of 8-8.5c. Either way, buying stock at these levels would appear to be the smart thing to do. That is not a recommendation, however, because this market does not react in a normal fashion currently and values appear have been thrown right out of the window...in other words I could be completely wrong!!!!
