That's what I find so intriguing. The chart looks shoddy short term but the management bought 6 mill shares between them in the last 3-4 weeks. I would back management buying before the chart in this instance.
On a different matter, I did notice that the financier's (fortress) 40 mill 5c options are up for expiry at the end of next month. I wonder if they intend to sell or take up their stock. Being a NY financier, I'm betting on a sell down, but, hey, there must be some American finance firms that have'nt lost their shirts this year, so you never know....
