should i give this game away

Guys just a whinge really so bear with me. I fully realising it's DYOR and I'm the one that pressed the buy button.

Obviously I'm a clueless "investor". Part of my limited research resources is this forum where I believe there are some knowledgeable people.

So last week I asked whether 2.27 was a good price to by UMC and got an overwhelming YES!

Now it's 1.61 and dropping. No I didn't sell or stop loss and now I'd take a bath if I sell now. Why is it in the current scenario? Hey it's fine if you bought in at .30c, your still ahead.

Anyway my hit rate for successes is now 25% and I've dropped about 3 years wages. I really think shares are just not for me.
