you've prob heard it 1000 times before, so i'll make it 1001. patience!!
if uv read up on the company and you believe in the sector, ride out the storm. when common sense returns to the market those 3 years of wages you say uv dropped will turn into 15 years that you wont have to worry about wages coming in.

UMC are smack bang in the middle of where its all gonna be happening for Iron Ore over the next 5 yrs. There's talk of building more ports and rail lines. the majors have earmarked billions of dollars in investments all around UMC tenements. It really doesnt get any better than this. If ur gonna be in iorn ore, i believe ud want it to be thru UMC.

i feel your hurt tho, its easy to wana throw it in, but with patience u'll look back in 5 yrs and say to urself "thank f**k i didnt sell"

but thats just my honest opinion.
