    Thinking that "nothing" could tip WDC over is a bit naive.

    Even though they are much more than a shopping centre operator, they still need large amounts of money from investors to fund their projects...otherwise they increase their own debt.

    Their game is directly connected to retail and retail is suffering.

    I doubt that WDC will collapse, but I'm guessing that they are going to get a lot cheaper.
