Forgot to add that I am only speaking with a long term perspective. I agree that the exposure is with retail but I am more looking from the property development and management side. No doubt share prices may fall but would be a bargin for the long term.
Lets face it with liquid funds in these times is better then those without. And if I had $7B dollars to put into an ING Savings Account earning int. i would be quite a happy chappy and at the moment.
