    I agree. WDC will wait and wait and buy up in 3-6 years time when property mkts are down. They will not hurry. Meanwhile their own SP will slide to about 11.oo IMO. Sell now and buy back when time is right. WDC is a loooong term play. Retail shops will fold in droves over next 2 years in USA and UK. High risk in short-term.
