Shops will only stay open if they make a profit. Westfield rents are very high. Many retail margins are fragile. It's in the USA and UK i expect that shops will fold and go bust well before their lease expires. Can't see empty shopsbeing filled rapidly. The world has changed. Fancy clothing shops will feel the pain. WDC has risen about 44.oo recently. I reckon take profitsnow (next div is 5 months away) and wait. Wait for buying opportunities when SP fals. 11.oo is not THAT low. WDC still viable. But SP is vulnerable IMO.
