should i sell now?

Hi Guys,
Im not a stock guru, the reason i bought these CBH shares while it was pretty much at its peak was because me mate told me it was good and also the speculator guy which appeared on channel 9 one day. Now im thinking of selling them all as i need the money so i can contribute the funds into buying a new house in association with the FHOG from the government, although i would lose about 80% of its value. So will there be any activity going on for this stock between now and 30th June 09?
Any master guru out there with any knowledge and the direction of CBH that can shed some light on?
