Hi guys, just my 2 cents:
I think suspension of dividends on the SVWPAs just won't happen in the near term. Stokes really consolidated the two companies to further strengthen his hold on Australia's hire and capital equipment industry, by using Seven's free funds. Westrac is clearly a market leader with great management, and with an undervalued stake in NHR. All the business units in the consolidated group throw out great cashflow, and i'd imagine that the SVWPAs are eventually bought out because of their high cost of funding.
