I think SVWPA are well and truly oversold. They're trading on a gross annual yield of about 12.5% now which I think is quite ridiculous for a security backed up, as you rightly say, now not only by Seven but also WesTrac (even if the RSPT has an adverse effect on it).
I really don't think the default risk of SVWPA is nearly high enough to account for such a generous yield so I'd be putting spare cash into the TELYS at the moment.
