You're pre-supposing its even going to hit $23 dollars. You either bought the stock to hold to sell in the future for X% profit or you did not.
If you're pleased with the profit that its at then sure sell. Totally up to you. Me personally I've no interest in selling until it returns to its general average price of 32-35 dollars.
