Like virtually all the others have said - you've plucked a figure of $23 to buy back in. What if it doesn't get back to that? Really wishful thinking. If you want to take the profit , take it. Then think when you will be happy to buy back in. Initially think of it as two separate exercises. If you're happy to buy back in at 23 and it doesn't get there, will you accept that? If you would buy back in at 26, I think you then have your answer. There are a lot of factors which affect the ASX prices - that's why we all have a range of opinions.
