When you take the lock up into account you'd have to think that Audeo will be pretty illiquid given the small number of cdis that will be able to be traded. By my reckoning it could be as little as 3m.
At this stage I would hope the company has done the ground work and has a reasonable understanding of the likely outcome of the IPO. I would not be a happy camper if it does not get off the ground.
