I agree on this. Just noticed the bonus after reading the Annual review. Salary $1.5M, Bonus $1.2M This is a joke. Both profit and the share price are down over the last year. The Board should be embarrassed. What the heck are the performance hurdles based on to earn this bonus? Perhaps showing up on time, low sick leave, being nice to the Board!??!! Why would this guy be motivated to perform when he already gets paid an outrageous bonus for crap poor performance!! I am gettin out ASAP.
