Hi middle, I think you are correct but its going to be a difficult situation for the moment as the major shareholders dilute the minorities into insignificance.
Even worse they have further rights sitting beyond these current issues and have all (?) written off the carry value of existing TMS positions in their books recently.
From a fundamental position I guess what I am trying to say is that the pool is very murky.
Sorry to be so pessimistic but any other answer would be to mislead.
So, yes, I don't think it will go under (no guarentee though) and yes I think you will get your money back with time.
I will consider entering the stock when it hits 2.5c. Without doubt there will be no shortage of scrip for sale around that price unfortunately.
