I think Virgin will formally set out the CR details next week. It will have the key dates and terms. I guess they will have to stick with 21c as that was agreed with the major shareholders and underwritten as well. If share price goes below 21c, punters will have no incentive to take up the CR. This will mean it will be taken up by the majors. I'll get back in if it hits 20c.
