Some good points. If JAT was one company I would agree with most of these points.
JAT is a group of company's.
If Sunnya Pty Ltd was to move to other diversified products like Vmeat that would not be a good idea IMO. Same with Golden Koala.
The JV with Openheimer to produce and distribute Vmeat is fine IMO as Openheimers already has credibility in this business space.
Green forrest has no products of its own so anything they can come up with to produce within there business credibility space would be welcome IMO.
The JAT JV in cosmetics is an unknown quantity as JAT partners history is unknown.
I have some limitations in my positive position for JAT diversification but as I say, JAT is a group of companys all of which have expertise in certain product ranges and in some cases, different markets.
JAT, the parent company seems to be tying these multiple businesses together well though financial and distribution support.
