    MBN SP is crashed. Should MCR takeover MBN at $.65 per share (20% premium of today price) (cash price)? One MCR share for one MBN share (scheme).... I think that we are in very best position to make a move.

    why dont we discuss about this? Good, bad or ugly? Smart, stupid or ...?
