Reconstructions along the lines I described happen a lot, and generally occur when a business model is totally broken. You can get the situation where the ASX listing is worth more than the assets of the company itselfe 75M was not meant to be significant - could be less or more. The point is when a Rights Issue/Placement occurs like this, its basically a new float.
It doesn't mean everyone loses from her. If the new guard are good the price can go north again and you could make some money back.
