I am saying they wont do it at 2 cents, rights issue would have to be 1 cent.

how much would they end up with for that, not enough to do any drilling so whats the point.

no they will wait till markets at least trade sideways, then they will pump it, how many times have they done this.

I mean CVI obly has a m/c of less than $10 mill, even if they do a rights issue 1 for 1 at these prices, say 1 snet they will only get $5 mill, not enough.

so they will have to pump it.

consolidation 1 for 20 ?? and how will that help them.
