By the way Rebel, you are absolutely correct. It should not be trading. We are not properly informed about the situation - pending sales progress, banks willingness to extend (what conditions - asset sales, for example?), cash position, cash flow expectations near term, etc.
If this subsequently goes into administration, they will be sued for sure!!
