Ruralco is quite diversified so you could flip the business units that don't have synergies or that don't make sense for Nufarm, but giving you a chance to look over and see if there are any decent growth markets we could get into.
They have been hit by some bad news recently and are trading at $2.89, could start buying some shares on market and come over with a $3.5 offer. costing us $192.5Mil(20% premium), we might have to up it but this would hopefully give us cost saving synergies, access to a decent supply chain and and extra $1 Billion dollars in revenue.
