It's probably worthwhile pointing out that no one should read the ASX SOR without reading the Federal Court Judgement that allowed it to be published. The judge explains the reasons why it allowed it to be release but also cautions that the document is inaccurate and that it can be retracted, revised, explained etc.
Basically the court has stated the document is not worth the paper it is written on but that the market operator has the right to release it for it to explain it's reasons for the suspension be they right or wrong and that ASIC will decide any wrong doing by the company.
