    Hi @ben79. In my opinion, we can't even say it was unethical if ISX truly believed that getting those clients onboard quickly was a benefit to the business and therefore to shareholders. And frankly, we have no proof that they did not. This is true even if they had a dual purpose of earning performance shares for all early investors.
