However, this document does not support your case, all it does is announce to the market what the indicative capital structure of the company will be. It does not prove that ASX approved the shares as has been claimed.
Go back and have a look at the document that @itzgr82balive posted, ASX granted a waiver to certain rules if a number of conditions were placed on the performance shares, one of which effectively allowed the shareholders to approve the performance shares through a resolution at the AGM.
