Youre missing the point the a joint venture is a partnership. Both companies don’t have an us vs them mentality that you do. It’s doesn’t matter who has the greater % ownership, the decisions have to be made as a joint partnership and there are things in place to keep the majority partner from enforcing decisions on the junior partner such as unanimous consent provisions
They decided to go into partnership 5 years ago and are still partners to this day. The merger decision was as clear as day to me the moment Phil Lucas was appointed to the BOD. It was IMO always the plan which is why you’ve seen no effort or progress to hinder each other or to see the other partner fail.
Question to you.. With the fact that merging has always been the plan in mind, and quite obviously so, do you think it’s naive that you continue to hold in the hopes that one day Sayona can go at it alone?
